Made from a wool blend fabric, primarily 96% wool, combined with 3% nylon and 1% spandex. The wool main body ensures the garment's warmth and comfort, while the small amounts of nylon and spandex significantly enhance elasticity and durability. The ribbed decorative components are made of 100% wool, further improving texture and wearing experience.

The fabric and padding material are tightly secured onto the embroidery machine frame. The embroidery machine outlines the filling areas of the pattern along the template marks of the padding layer using relatively sparse stitches, then follows the overlay template with dense stitches to perfectly cover the foam padding layer, forming a slightly raised Anagram embroidery that is soft and full to the touch. The thick layers of thread provide protection, greatly enhancing durability.

Detergent is added, and the bulk items are pre-washed in water at approximately 35°C to remove impurities from the production process. Then, the surface fuzz is gently digested using protease, which reduces pilling tendencies from the root, improves hand feel, maintains softness, and eliminates irritation. Finally, dehydration and drying processes enhance size and shape stability.
