By combining high-weight rib knit with fine yarn fabric, it achieves a hand feel that is both substantial and delicate. This is particularly important at the neckline, which requires lasting tight elasticity; the thick rib resists horizontal stretching, maintaining shape even with repeated wear, making it key to the T-shirt's durability.

The LV logo is embossed at high temperature using molds, where the fibers are heat-set to form a permanent three-dimensional pattern. Then, a computerized embroidery machine runs a dense stitch along the embossed edges, with the threads locking the edges as if they were bordered. This serves two purposes: first, to emphasize the pattern contour with a linear sheen, and second, to strengthen the area structurally, preventing the embossed area from wearing out first due to friction, keeping the decorative part looking new over time.

By layering the front and back panels in reverse, the seams and overlock stitches are neatly displayed on the outer shoulder, forming orderly chain-like decorative lines. This breaks the monotony of a flat shoulder, refines the shoulder shape using variations in stitch thickness, and visually lifts the focal point.
