The pre-dyed shark gray yarn uses 11-count double-ply 240g (260g after washing) cotton-blend flannel material, brushed on the front. Pattern matched cutting, infrared laser positioning cutting, manual positioning hand cutting, full-piece pattern alignment by laser, extremely high material waste rate for matched pieces. The front and back letter patterns are developed through computer scanning and printed film, using color-matched glue based on the original color, and printed with a screen printing process. The ink viscosity is moderately adjusted to ensure even coating and smooth patterns. Straight-cut loose fit with turn-down collar, custom alloy shank buttons made from bespoke molds, independently developed accessories to restore details, unisex.
