Made of soft and breathable cotton knit fabric, with the main body crafted from tightly spun 15-count cotton, weighing 230g/m²; the ribbed neckline uses 32-count yarn in a 1×1 structure, weighing 340g/m². The 15-count refers to low-count coarse yarn, giving the fabric a natural coarse texture and firm structure, while the tightly spun yarn minimizes fuzz and ensures evenness, producing a smooth and dense fabric surface that combines rugged style with a delicate feel. The fabric maintains a thick and sturdy texture while being fine and durable on the surface, resisting pilling. The 1×1 structure ensures the ribbing has identical texture on both sides and stretches and recovers evenly. High weight means high fiber density, providing strong resilience after deformation, allowing the neckline to maintain its initial shape over time.  

The chest features a pointed flap pocket with embroidered details. The pocket is designed with sharp corners, with the bottom converging into a sharp point, breaking the gentle feel of traditional rounded pockets and adding a sleek, modern touch. The pocket is cut from the same 15-count tightly spun cotton fabric to ensure consistent texture with the garment. The edges are precisely folded or hemmed to make the pointed corners sharp and clean without curling.  

A metallic embroidered handwritten logo decorates the pocket area, crafted with fine gold thread embroidery. Fine stitch embroidery arranges stitches closely in a satin stitch, filling the handwritten strokes with densely packed gold thread to form a smooth, continuous metallic surface. The gold thread is usually made from metallized polyester or coated fibers, giving a liquid metal-like flow in light. During embroidery, a heat-fusible backing is placed on the backside of the pocket to prevent wrinkling from dense stitches, which is removed or melted after embroidery to ensure the pocket surface remains flat without deforming the corners.  

This T-shirt has a straight body fit, maintaining roughly the same width from chest to hem without cinching or excessively widening. The fabric’s natural stiffness allows the garment to hang naturally, preserving moderate space between the body and the shirt, flattering the body without appearing loose. The hem is finished with a self-fabric trim to maintain the consistency of the straight silhouette while retaining a relaxed overall feel. The shoulder line is slightly dropped, complementing the horizontal proportion of the straight fit, allowing the sleeves to naturally spread.
