Louis Vuitton Shadow Pattern Wrinkled Monogram Shirt

Made of polyester-cotton blended jacquard fabric, the warp yarn uses 20D ultra-fine polyester yarn, and the warp is placed on the jacquard beam for weaving on a special high-speed rapier jacquard loom. The weft uses cotton yarn combined with low-elastic filament twisted into special yarn. The three-dimensional wrinkling of the fabric after weaving depends on the twist degree control of the weft yarn.
⚠️ Developed over a year, with multiple sample makings and over 400 kg of yarn discarded, the technical challenge was finally overcome, and the final twist data was tested.
The front panel is hand-cut to restore the flower pattern, with smaller patterns and belonging to shadow jacquard. Each piece undergoes a second hand-cut and precise alignment after being partially ironed to ensure the restored flower effect. Side seams are fitted with small nameplates laser-engraved on pure steel. Hand-sewn buttons are made of polished white copper.
