Made from 100% cotton piqué fabric. Cotton fibers provide the fabric with moisture absorption, breathability, and skin-friendly qualities. The piqué structure has a concave-convex, porous surface resembling a honeycomb, which promotes air circulation and excellent heat dissipation. Because the cotton yarn gains elasticity through the piqué weave, it can rebound after repeated stretching.
The ribbed knit collar is made with a double-needle bed, allowing loops to alternate on the front and back sides, creating a 1*1 vertical rib pattern. The elastic structure allows the collar to naturally fit the neck without feeling restrictive, and the double-layer sewing technique connecting it to the body significantly reduces the chances of the collar flaring outward into a "ruffle" and collapsing, maintaining its original shape for a long time.
By actively controlling the shrinkage potential of the cotton fibers, the fabric transitions from being prone to change to stable, improving dimensional stability while being resistant to deformation and wrinkles.
